As for crepe varieties you can choose from, you can still order the International Crepe Passport dish, which was the dish that gave IHOP the “International” part of its name. This meal comes with 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, and either a Hazelnut Spread, Swedish, Fruit, or Strawberry Banana Crepe.
While waffles at IHOP come in the same batter and varieties as pancakes do, omelets at IHOP are like nothing else on the menu. IHOP boasts many delicious omelets on their menu. Some of their most well-known omelets include their Bacon Temptation omelet, which is full of bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes, and their Create-Your-Own omelet.
